Franchising group looking for a General Manager to run a small group of Snap Fitness stores. Purchase would be finalized in Q2 of this year and there is an equity opportunity available for the right individual. This is a turnaround opportunity and the right hire will be able to prioritize multiple goals & objectives and have an organized approach to his/her weekly schedule. Our franchise group has a long-track record with multiple concepts/brands and we're willing to train the right individual.
Job Duties:
- Sign new members up! This will be key in our success.
- Find marketing channels that drive membership leads.
- Maintain equipment - these are low overhead operations so this person needs to be able to do a little of everything and be cost conscious.
- Vendor Management - maintain relationships with all vendors and drive efficiencies with our purchasing.
- Manage hourly employees
- Handle any guest issues - high-priority on customer satisfaction.
Compensation will consist of a salary and annual bonus. Pay will vary upon equity opportunity. The individual may contribute capital to the venture depending on compensation arrangement.
