Looking for Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Lamar Colorado. We are looking for someone with knowledge of Apartment maintenance and general seasonal lawn/landscape work. Minimum 2yrs experience as a Maintenance Tech; we need someone who can jump right on in and get to work. You must be able to lift and move heavy items on occasion. Maintenance work entails, painting, drywall, plumbing, minor appliance repairs, ( you should be comfortable climbing on a ladder) and Apartment work orders. Cleaning up the grounds. You should have a good attitude, be a team player and a self starter that is able to work with or without supervison. You should be reliable and trustworthy. We will require that you pass our standard rental criteria and a background check. As well as an pre employment drug screening.
Applicant must be willing to live on site and be available On-Call for any emergencies that arise. Regular work hours are Monday- Friday 8-5pm and weekends off, with the exception of After Hours emergency maintenance calls as you will be On-Call. Pay is salaried and the rate is DOE PLUS a RENT FREE UTILITIES INCLUDED apartment all you would pay is phone, cable and internet bills.
