Busy, small, retail custom picture framing shop is looking for an experienced picture framer and or CPF certification. Part time, flexible hours looking for the right person to help out 8 to 16 hours a week. Duties involve fitting artwork into frames, cutting glass and mats. Working one on one with customers, scheduling orders, checking in orders, answering the phone, collecting payments and opening and closing the store. Attention to detail and patience are required. I am looking for someone who has a professional appearance and attitude, who is friendly and is personable with the public.
Looking for the right person to help out 8 to 16 hours a week. Generous hourly wage commensurate with experience.We would like you to have experience with CMC, automated Mat cutter we use a Wizard.
You will be required to know how to work with fine art and archival mounting techniques.You need to be comfortable with precise measurement and decimal/fraction conversion.You need to enjoy selling and working with high end materials and take pride in craftsmanship. You will need to be punctual and have the ability to keep pace with the production schedule.
