We believe when money moves, better things happen.Better is enabled by trust and respectAs a Senior User Acceptance Testing Analyst, you will be actively engaged with Agile, Product, Business and Technology teams to ensure exit criteria is met to deliver a high-quality product to our customers and end users. You will participate in review of requirements, define acceptance criteria, and perform test execution to ensure that all front-end system impacts are considered as products and enhancements are created for Western Union owned applicationsIdeally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field. You will have at least three years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will participate in requirements review process and ensure acceptance criteria is documented. You’ll determine and document UAT test approach, high level UAT scenarios and test cases.You will have excellent knowledge around Agile process and principles (SAFe Certification is highly preferred). You will actively participate in key scrum/project team meetings (including daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective activities) to maintain a UAT presence throughout project/enhancement process.
