We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) is one of the top lead arrangers of asset-based loans in the U.S. with a large and diversified portfolio of close to 2,500 customers and $37 billion in loans outstanding. Capital Finance offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.We are seeking an experienced and driven product leader. We have recently moved from a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to a shared Salesforce CRM platform. This role will provide leadership of supporting our business users to adjust to the new platform, maximize the use and adoption of the platform, and fully understanding the business needs and use cases within the product. We have significant opportunities to further evaluate our business processes and find additional ways to automate, integrate, and optimize our CRM solution to create efficiencies, improve management visibility, enrich customer information, and improve data quality throughout the customer life cycle. This is an exciting time for our CRM product, and we need an energetic, business savvy leader who can be the catalyst to drive the product successfully forward.The CRM platform is shared across multiple business groups. The Product Owner will serve as the representative of our line of business to ensure our needs are adequately represented both through enhancements, support, and inclusion with broader system updates. This person will serve as an integral leader in the organization responsible for ensuring systems properly support our business needs and continue to evolve with enhanced functionality, increased automation and efficiency, and absolute accuracy. Responsibilities of this role include:

Proactively provide leadership and guidance to the Product team to successfully strategize, organize, schedule, and ensure successful delivery of application in partnership with the centralized group

Ensure cross-functional dependencies – including WFCF business, compliance & risk, legal, credit, technology, etc. as well as non-WFCF Wholesale partners – are identified, tracked, and addressed

Identify, escalate and resolve key roadblocks, dependencies, and risks (financial, control, process, and application) required to achieve application change success. Ensure team members and cross-functional partners do the same

Maintain close relationships with business users from throughout the organization

Develop, manage, and prioritize a properly groomed product backlog for development based on an in-depth understanding of WFCF products, processes and application platforms

Own the strategic roadmap for the line of business related to the product. Ensure cross-functional communication and participation

Determine thorough solutions to business needs within the scope of applications

Partner with technical managers to determine feasibility and best solution

Partner with agile scrum teams to develop applications

Matrix manage team of Business Analyst's for product, assigning day to day and project responsibilities and managing delivery

Develop, report, and leverage key team metrics to support team success

Serve as the primary point of contact for the application for the line of business. Summarize lower level production change details to provide the appropriate level of information to educate, support, and influence senior management decisions and stakeholders.

Provide visibility and reporting to stakeholders of work status, strategy, and timelines

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
