Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support.

Compensation :
$70,000 - $90,000 per year at plan
Responsibilities :
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Once under contract, work with buyers and sellers to manage the transaction from Negotiations, Inspections, and final walk-through.
Qualifications :
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Self-motivation and drive
Organized and manages time effectively
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
