DescriptionAre you looking to further your career as a Project Manager? This downtown Denver, Colorado company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their small team. If you have experience managing a project from start to finish and charting deliverables along the way while simultaneously handling the administrative and coordination aspects you may be a great fit. Priority and Activity Management – Tracking and Reporting (50%)

Develop project plans: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track

performance

Maintain a system to support execution of action items

Schedule and facilitate meetings to update team on status, coordinate project

execution, and adjust timelines

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs

Prepare reports to communicate status and enforce deadlines

Digital Platform/Partner Management (20%)

Manage relationship with technology vendors/platforms and evaluate new alternatives

Manage IT vendors – ensure needs are met – coordinate with teams on their IT reporting needs

Develop and assess Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and vendor responses

Manage the digital credential partner

Affiliate Assessments (20%)

Manage the compliance process for all affiliates

Quality/Process Improvement (10%)

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support process

improvementsRequirements

5+ years of project manager experience – with record of achievement

Bachelor’s degree required

Project Management certifications (PMP, MPM, PPM, CPM) a plus

Ability to reduce high-level strategies into executable project plans

Ability to plan deliverables and deadlines while being flexible with workload requirements

Employ critical thinking and creative problem solving to overcome obstacles

Ability to professionally represent the company to various stakeholders through great customer service

A proven record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Extensive experience creating and maintaining processes, structure, and order

International experience and working across multiple time-zones a plus
