Will you join us on our journey?For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Manager, SAP Configuration to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of innovation, and technological advancement. As an SAP Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the SAP Configuration team to ensure that department plans, and priorities meet strategic objectives.
Drives staff performance by communicating job expectations; appraising performance; training, coaching and counseling employees; developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Oversees department’s staffing, professional development, and general management.
Identifies and monitors key performance indicators for the department.
Understand business process as it pertains to their area of responsibility in order to help lead and guide solutions.
Direct Offshore AMS resources in accomplishing project tasks and daily support.
Manages the Integration of the applicable Functional teams to achieve common Business objectives and goals.
Provides guidance to the Team Leads and Architects to assess, recommend, and configure SAP and related solutions.
Ensures configuration and supporting documentation is updated.
Build relationships within IT, AMS and Business Functional personal to foster teamwork and strategic growth.
Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development and implementation of IT strategies.
Provides guidance for major initiatives directed at driving operational and cost efficiencies in support of long-term planning.
Enforces the vision, mission and guiding principles of IT.
Leads the development of the Project Portfolios by collaborating with business partners to provide recommendations, assess options, and prioritize the different initiatives.
Coordinating with appropriate business partners to obtain end user signoff of all final deliverables.

You Have (Mandatory Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or appropriate discipline is required.
8+ years of relevant SAP configuration and support experience including at least four full lifecycle SAP implementations.
2+ years of leadership/management experience.
IT Production Support Experience.
End User Training Experience.
You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
PMP and ITIL v3 certification preferred.
SAP certification and experience with ASAP methodology, configuration and implementation of other SAP R/3 applications, and manufacturing are preferred.
Experience with S4 applications with insight on impact to functional business users.
Experience with managing or supporting Change Management.
