the Headquarters in Denver, your unique role on the broader global Talent Acquisition (TA) team, will help attract talentfor Western Union. Using your experience and creativity, you’ll help promote apositive brand perception through marketing communications activities to encourageengagement with current and potential candidates. As an immediate EmployerBrand team member, you will focus on the early stages of a candidate’s career,including the candidate experience at HQ, our internship program—a majorcomponent of your role—and career/university job fair brand positioning.Additionally, you will lead our social promotion of the great stories comingfrom our HQ Hometown, Corporate, and WU Foundation teams, using our TA socialchannels to connect with our target audiences. You will build effective partnerrelationships with stakeholders, teammates, senior leaders, and others, e.g., marketing,social media, HR, legal, creative agencies, etc. You will hone your skills as abrand and marketing communications professional, execute deliverables thatalign with our overall TA strategy, and deepen your knowledge of our innovativebranding to ensure all campaign and recruitment content is well-written, on-brand,and on message.
