The Listing Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating listing descriptions, listing marketing, social media posts, blog posts, and the overall marketing for all team listings. You will be responsible for maintaining and updated the website and CRM system and tracking lead performance.
Listing Marketing Manager responsibilities will also include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. We are looking for a strong self-starter who thrives in a high volume environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, inputting, and maintaining listings in the MLS, Zillow, and all other real estate websites and creating listing property descriptions.
Create strategic social media plan and create social media posts and blog posts for each listing.
Prepare print marketing and send mailings, deliver fliers, and other materials to client's homes.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our team.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Create all advertising materials, as needed.
Maintain and update Website and all web-based systems to increase brand recognition.
Skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude with the attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and work at a fast pace
Team Player, Self Starter, and ability to communicate effectively
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of photoshop, Canva and website analytics tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty
communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
Experience:
