Personal assistant, girl Friday needed for a diverse small business. Lots of daily running around, equipment and parts delivery, digital and online work, some short distance travel, phone answering and appointment setting, occasional out of town overnight travel, Recordkeeping, Minor bookkeeping, and billing required.
Experience with Microsoft word, excel, TurboTax etc. helpful. Must have a quick wit, and the ability to learn new things if you don’t already know something. Such as real estate terminology, lien filing, sales tax, department of state trade name filing, etc.
References, drivers license, Drug test, quick mind for business and a get it done attitude required.
