Description: TS/SCI clearance required.Back up the TCF Chief in his or his backup’s absence. Supervise Circuit Actions personnel. Ensure compliance with installation standards.Assign daily tasking (projects) to Circuit Actions Technicians (prepare schedules). Ensure accurate documentation is generated and provided to the TCF Chief/Operations for distribution prior to activation or deactivation of circuit/and/or system.Develop technical solutions; develop technical documentation. Maintain circuit history folders and administrative files.Process Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Telecommunications Requests, Technical Service Requests, Technical Service Orders, Delayed Service Requests, Status of Acquisition Messages and any required completion reports IAW established guidance. Review all circuit related message traffic generated by Circuit Actions personnel.Perform Circuit Actions training and documentation/train Operations personnel on new systems. Ensure timely and efficient downtime processing. Assist Circuit Actions/Operations personnel, as needed; perform additional duties as required.Oversee specialized communications fault-isolation, testing, and configuration. Act as the Primary DISA node site coordinator. Represent Circuit Actions/Tech Control Facility in meetings. Review and provide comments on installations packages, support plans, Communications Systems Requirement Documents, System Change Forms and other plans affecting communications systems. Oversee development of technical solutions and technical documentation. Develop and publish Circuit Actions Operating Instructions. Deploy personnel to the Mission Centers to provide specialized assistance in circuit restoration/repair. Maintain personnel files. Ensure proper maintenance/monitoring of Facility Link Data and reporting guides.Basic Qualifications:TS/SCI clearance required.Oversee/Manage (in Chief’s absence) 24X7 TCF Operations, Circuit Actions, Communications Security (COMSEC) and Training. Set goals; ensure compliance with facility installation standards; review technical documentation and submit technical solutions and costing data; customer inquiries IAW with established guidelines.Ensure attendance at all TCF Chief meetings in their absence.Additional duties as assigned.Must meet DoD 8570 certification eligibility requirements. Must have excellent technical and communications skills to effectively interface with internal and external customers at all levels. Must be able to work in a high visibility environment, focused on 24X7 mission availability, and quickly respond to customer direction/requests. 5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Control Facility (TCF) operations or a related field; 3 to 5 years TCF Circuit Actions experience; 3 to 5 years management/supervision.Desired Skills:Experience with MILSATCOM and Cryptographic equipment preferred.CCNA, Juniper, CTP, ATM, SONET training considered a plus.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
