- Supports the full software development life cycle
- Researches complex functional and technical challenges through design of user-friendly interfaces and optimize processes through automation.
- Contribute to gathering detailed requirements for the design, implement and document of new or modified processes including workflow design, management, test plans, test cases and testing for any automation or modifications and orchestration between tools and groups.
- Creation and documentation of user stories, requirements, test cases and training materials
- Provide input for strategic planning and continuous improvements across the organization
- Contribute to the creation and/or review of process, policies, procedure and governance manuals against detailed requirements to support Tsymmetry development instances
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to assist customers and other team members
- Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities, reporting to different work stream managers
- Candidate must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a rapidly moving business organization with an expanding customer base
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts with others
- Ability and willingness to develop good working relationships with clients & team members
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification a plus
- Business Analysis Certification
- Software Testing Certification
