We are seeking an experienced assistant to provide support to other departments including executive, HR, IT, data entry, personnel, and clinical. Strong computer skills required. Health care experience preferred. Must be a self-starter able to work independently and supervise one part-time person.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the President of the company and other departments
Run and distribute reports daily, weekly, and monthly
Supervise part-time clerk
Assist company computer users
Place employment ads to recruit new employees
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
Coordinate company licensing and credentialing processes
Data entry and maintenance of employee records
other projects as assigned by the President
Qualifications:
Computer experience, knowledge, and skills required
Previous experience in computer user support, Human Resources or other related fields preferred
Task-oriented
Ability to supervise
