Seeking an HR Manager
ABS, a commercial construction subcontractor providing technology-based construction solutions and is on a mission to provide staff an environment where they can be challenged and grow in their careers.
Are you someone who truly enjoys recruiting and developing talent, positioning your company for growth and success, and being responsible for the success of your department? We are seeking an HR Manager who is self-driven enough to follow industry trends, foresee HR challenges and needs of the organization, while being attentive to details week to week to ensure a quality experience is delivered to our team. We are big enough to have a team of two in HR (100 employees), but small enough that this positions work needs to be both strategic and tactical in a typical month.

Youll report directly to the owner/CEO and participate on our Leadership Team; HR is vital to our success and does not roll up under Operations or Finance.
Your demonstrated success with talent development and proactively preparing your company for growth and trends will be required during the interview process. Your experience in commercial construction is preferred, but not required.
