Manage the property staff with inspirational leadership, develop the staff to their full potential and foster an atmosphere of trust and accountability.
Ensure budget is met or exceeded.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and create processes to continually improve resident lifestyle experience.
Actively look for opportunities to improve the property and its operations.
Participate in the region of sister-communities as a leader and mentor Steadfast peers.
Assume additional projects as assigned by the Regional Manager.
