Bamford Tire Company is looking for a rock star to handle both SALES AND SERVICE of our tire division. We want someone who can't stop talking about tread wear at BBQs and will tell total strangers in the parking lot at Best Buy that they can get better performance from their tires by adjusting the pressure in their front right tire. Yes, this is directed at YOU Tire King! We are looking for someone who thrives on seeing that customers get the best deal on the best tire for their needs and budget. And then has the ability to mount and balance a set of tires and send a customer on their way with the knowledge that they will tell all their friends how happy they are with the tires and service they got from BTC.
That is what we are all about Tires AND Service. Any Yahoo can sell a tire, but we are wanting to turn every walk-in into a life long enthusiastic BTC customer. And that means selling SERVICE first and foremost. But then you are a TIRE KING and you already knew that. That is who we are looking for. Sure, we can break this position into two positions at lesser pay, but we want that person who eats steel belted radials and spits lug nuts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our upper starting wage is for someone who can rock both sales and service, if we split the job starting pay also gets trimmed down. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hit the ceiling in the run of the mill tire shop and yearns to help grow a dynasty they can be proud of.
