MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED!
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 50+ unit complex to join our team!
Qualified Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all units and common areas. They will work directly under the supervision of the On-Site Manager and perform all necessary repairs and up-keep maintenance required at the complex.
Qualifications necessary are:
Must have experience as a maintenance technician for an apartment complex (50 units or more).
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available for emergency calls (after hours and weekends).
Must be able to understand and follow directions.
Must be responsible and organized.
Own tools a plus
Functions to include:
Service day to day maintenance requests.
Turn units and make them move-in ready in a timely manner.
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting duties as required.
Report safety hazards to on-site manager.
Comply with safety guidelines while performing tasks.
Inventory and up-keep of maintenance area.
