Access Performance Improvement Consultant IV

The Consultant IV is an integral part of a small yet highly effective collaborative team that maintains and executes deliverables necessary to maintain the pillar of Access at Woodland Hills / W. Ventura Medical Center. Specifically, the position will be responsible for ensuring timely, accessible, and convenient patient appointment access and upholding standard and requirements dictated by the Department of Managed Healthcare and Department of Healthcare Services. The Consultant will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic access initiatives, utilize data visualization tools to present insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support decision making at all levels of leadership, and be able to identify and propose multilevel solutions and recommendation to stakeholders at all levels.
