We are a large-format printing company looking for someone with prior EXPERIENCE in the PRINTING INDUSTRY or with BASIC PRINTING KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST. The requirements, skills, and duties of this job will include:
- A self starter with the ability to think on their feet
- Friendly, and eager to provide excellent customer service
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Organized
- Greeting and helping customers in the office
- Ability to accurately gather and distribute specific technical information - both verbally and written
- Able to accurately read a tape measure/ruler
- Accurate spelling and correct grammar
- Basic math skills are required
- Accuracy and ability to pay attention to project details
- Computer knowledge - Mac and PC preferred
- Pay attention to quality
- Answering phone, taking customer orders
- Estimating projects, researching availability and costs of items
- Experience with photo copiers
- A willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Graphics ability using primarily Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- An understanding of how to set up graphic files FOR PRINTING
- An ability to troubleshoot customer supplied files
