We are hiring in the Visalia/Tulare greater area now!
ISE (International Student Exchange) is a non-profit high school exchange organization. Our J1 Visa Exchange Students (ages 15-18) are from 40 different countries are placed with "volunteer host families" who are not paid a monthly stipend and attend American high schools for a semester or a full school year.
This is a work from home position, creating a schedule that works for you to locate and interview host families and maintain contact with schools, students, and host families throughout the program.
We are seeking a candidate who has:
- A genuine concern and love for all people and enjoy learning about other cultures.
- The ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
- Have interest in meeting and working with new people.
- Enjoy working with teenagers, being compassionate and understanding.
- Comfortable with social media for marketing
- Networking and outreach experience
- Ability to travel locally.
- Flexible, open, caring personality
- Interest in international youth exchange.
- Enthusiasm for helping youth and promoting education.
Clear background check
MUST be at least 30 years of age
Benefits for an Area Representative:
- Earn Supplemental Income which you are paid as you place your students and supervision payments while students are here on the program. This is a independent contractor position and will receive a 1099.
- Opportunity to qualify for our International Celebration of Success Trip! Locations have included Spain, Italy, Greece, Brazil, UK etc.Last year was Bruges, Belgium! Next location is Amsterdam in November!
