o monitor the product flow of production and ensure that it is within all the tolerable manufacturing specifications.

To report and respond to any deviation of the product flow process and non-compliance on the product.

To record and document all QC data observed and checked during the product flow process.

To recommend the correct QC parameters of the product according to the manufacturing specification.

To monitor Food Safety Policy, GMP, Companys Cleaning, Sanitation, and Allergen Procedures are being followed by all employees.

Monitors, Checks, and Conducts Efficiently the following:

Products to be produced for the day by Production through the Weekly Production Report, review an updated one, and confirms with Manufacturing Specifications.

Production Batches and signs it off by confirming it with the Manufacturing Specifications.

Weight of oil, water, and propellant every 20-30 minutes.

Separating out-of-spec cans rejected by check weigher equipment and labeling appropriately while notifying the Production/Mechanic Personnel.

Following appropriate tolerable specifications to accept or dispose of cans, caps, actuators, valves, labels, boxes rejected.

Checking the accuracy of the check-weigher and can coding equipment each hour.

Collects cans for pressure determination.

Performs accurate finished product spray-out tests (QCF.PRO.041).

Checking the crimp specs are within the tolerable limits.

Identifies any non-conforming cans, components, ingredients, and product, holds product, cans, ingredients, components and notifies Production personnel. Completes a Material Rejection Report and quarantines product placing identification hold tags on product.

Checking accurate carton markings and signing off of pallets.

Product and Process Deviations should be reported and documented.

Food safety policy, GMP, the companys cleaning and sanitation policy, and Allergen Procedures are being followed by the employees.

Retain, Control samples and batch vials are accurately labeled and stored.

Conducts Allersnap/Supersnap/ATP Assay.

Accurate Daily Codes for Products.

Calibrates weighing scale and records it at the start of the shift and during production run.

Checks Proper GMP and Food Safety of all Plant Personnel and Production Premises.

Randomly checks all Production Records are filled out properly.

Randomly checks proper Allergen Storage Keeping.
