Currently seeking a Team Member and Warehouse Associates for positions in Camarillo, CA.
Seeking candidates with interest in motocross or other power sports In a professional manner or as a hobby!
The Team Member position covers a variety of tasks including customer service, inventory management and vendor communication.
Customer service communication through phone and email.
Inspection of products for defects, damages, parts labeling.
Repackaging and relabeling of products. Communication with vendors to generate product warranties for customers.
Inventory control management.
Manage daily customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat and other media.
Respond in a professional manner to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
Support the warehouse/shipping team members as needed for timely order processing.
Warehouse Associates will have previous experience in a warehouse setting either shipping and receiving or pulling and packing.
Successful applicants are punctual, reliable, team players, and independent workers.
Job Requirements:
Prior customer service experience.
Good time management, self-motivation, great communication skills, positive attitude.
Must work well under stress.
Good attention to detail.
Existing knowledge of the motocross/motorcycle industry, brands, and product.
$13.00/hour
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
