An established software company seeks courteous people to assist customers in a fast-paced call-center environment. This is a temporary job for December 2018 through January 2019, with the potential for permanent employment. The primary duty for this position involves answering the phone, typing some caller information into a proprietary computer program, and transferring callers to experienced support staff. Necessary training is provided but candidates are asked to have general computing familiarity and the ability to type 40 wpm. $13/hour. Full-time preferred.
Requirements:
General computing familiarity
Type 40 wpm
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliability; ability to work in fast-paced environment
