Mid-sized financial services company in Thousand Oaks seeks a bright and articulate individual with previous clerical experience and strong communication skills.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering multi-line phone system;
Transferring calls as appropriate and taking messages with accuracy;
Handling incoming guests and outgoing badge log;
Directing all visitors to appropriate departments;
Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail as needed
The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate the following:
Ability to provide high quality customer service;
Professional phone etiquette;
Ability to multitask and display strong attention to detail;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic;
Bilingual a plus;
High school diploma or at least 1 years of experience are required
