The reason why this is a rare opportunity is because Capital Compass Group is a brand new and booming Consultancy and Tax Preparation firm. The firm started officially in July 2018 and its growth is now outpacing the capacity to service the workload.
We are seeking an individual to start part-time or on a project-basis. This position is currently a hybrid position that will include Tax Preparation responsibilities as well as Accounting assistance. As the firm grows, the position will grow. The potential is limitless.
Duties:
Build & organize tax preparation systems
Manage Calendars and Workflow
Tax preparation for clients
Financial analysis and reporting
Trial Balance Preparation
Project management and coordination
Assist with Firm Organization
Requirements & Skills:
Two years experience with accounting & tax software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with scheduling & time management
Experience with workflow
Reliable, strong work-ethic, honest, polite and disciplined
GREAT communication skills
Mastery writing skills
Good Math skills
Good Analytical skills
Presentable (may be in meetings with clients)
Can be autonomous
Ok with working remotely
A good sense of Humor always helps! Same goes for positivity.
