We're an essential business that is looking to immediately grow our team of warehouse associates in our Stockton, CA warehouse fulfillment center.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for passionate, hardworking and reliable individuals to help us package food items and dinner kits. Our team members not only bring love to food for our customers but also help create a working environment that is safe, fun and fulfilling. You will have the ability to work on one or more of our production or warehouse teams:
The Kitchen Team is responsible for ensuring perfect portioning and presentation of each ingredient before it is paired up to complete each meal kit.
The Kitting Team is responsible to assemble each amazing ingredient into a completed meal kit and ensure only the best quality and perfect portions are in place.
The Pack Team takes each customer’s order and individually packages all components, kits and extras with care into our custom temperature controlled boxes for shipment.
The Warehouse Teams manage all aspects of the fulfillment process that support the production teams including: Receiving team member, Ice Team member, Inventory Team members, Sanitation team members, Shipping team members, and specialized support team members.
Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual attendance to all scheduled shifts. Timely, reliable and regular attendance is required.
- Ability to follow directions and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
- Familiar and comfortable with basic mathematics, counting and grouping items.
- Has a consistent sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and production efficiency rates.
- Familiar and efficient with warehouse and assembly line procedures and routines.
- High level attention to detail to ensure complete accuracy in every shipment.
- Ability to work in multiple roles and on different teams throughout the fulfillment center.
- Satisfactory drug and background screening following conditional offer.
- Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written.
- Flexible availability including, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work overtime if needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Comfortable with exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing for complete shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8+ hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders. Repetitive use of hands.
