ServiceMaster Advantage is a full service restoration company, specializing in residential and commercial water, fire, mold, and reconstruction. We are a 24 hour emergency service company that works closely with insurance companies to preform mitigation of damages, and construction repairs. Our goal is to restore the property to its original condition as quickly as possible. We are dedicated to providing the excellent service and leading our industry with a reputation of integrity and trust.

This is a joint position consisting of two fundamental departments. They are integrated together as each department alone does not fulfill a full-time role. We are a family owned company consisting of less than 20 employees.

Below is the description of the two roles:

Accounting Clerk - The Accounting Clerk is a very important role within our organization. The accounting clerk is dedicated to their job for accurate record keeping, job costing, accounts payable and receivable, and overall fiscal health monitoring of the company.

Human Resources - The human resources role is equal to the accounting and is very important function of a healthy growing company. The human resources manager will dedicate their time as a liaison between upper management and all other employees, playing a important role in building and maintaining company culture through hiring process and employee relations. They will keep up with state and local requirements regarding human resources and documentation.

This position requires experience and education in both Accounting and Human Resources.

On-call required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications (Requirements):

· Ability to clearly communicate with strong interpersonal skills

· Proficient with variety of current technology, including Quickbooks

· Career emphasis on learning and continuing education

· Sound planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, work in fast paced, time sensitive environment.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required

· Clear background screen and baseline drug testing

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience

· 3 years accounting and human resource experience

· Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc., which govern employments policies and practices.

· Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Compensation and Benefits:

· One on one mentorship

· On-Call Cell phone, computer provided by the company

· PTO, 3% retirement matching, Health and vision plans available

· Base commission. Yearly pay Salary of $42,000 starting. Salary will not exceed $50,000 in this position.
