We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated team player to join our growing property management team!
Qualifications and Duties
High School Diploma
Clear Credit and Background Check
Professional dress and demeanor
Strong office skills
Heavy phones
Filing
Tenant interaction
Accounting skills
Training offered in property management and landlord-tenant law, experience preferred
Follow all Federal Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant laws and state rental laws
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Ability to verify Application documents, obtain Applicant qualification documents for Property Manager approval
Prepare appropriate maintenance requests for the maintenance team
Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments
Ability to multitask
Help with advertising and marketing to local businesses
Must be available to work Saturdays
Excellent oral and written communication skills, spelling and grammar
Physical activity required for touring apartments and the community
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic math, accounting skills
Acute attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to understand and follow through on written and verbal instruction from Property Manager and off site management
