Job Description
Assist in handling daily production and embellishments for clothing manufacturer
Maintain production schedules and turnaround times
Communicate delays and questions to company managers
Talk with customers regarding customized orders
Design and edit customer embroidery files
Inspect embroidery equipment to ensure quality and safety guidelines
Assist with customer service, answering phones, share in covering office during breaks and lunches
In-house position, M/F - 8-5, sometimes more during busy season
Necessary Computer Skills
Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Office Skills
Excellent organization and scheduling skills - task and list orientated
Ability to navigate multiple activities
Follow procedure manuals
Planning and preparation skills
Flexibility and ability to work with multiple people

Helpful Skills
Machine operations on Barudan embroidery machines - assist and oversea production
