Must be willing to provide at least 6 hours of South County school based counseling. Licensed and unlicensed clinicians credentialed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences are invited to apply. One year experience as a mental health therapist is required. Supervision for hours toward license is provided. Business owned and operated by experienced LCSW with active local and remote practice with multiple referral streams. Marketing costs of employees are covered. State of the art electronic medical records system accommodates reasonable documentation requirements. Expectation is that employee will increase their client contact to at least 12 clinical hours per week plus additional paid administrative time. Raise at 6 months of employment with good performance.
