Regional Insurance Brokerage is seeking an insurance agent who has at least 6 months experience creating then closing insurance sales opportunities. Geographic location flexible within the bay area.
We have good viable leads, a marketing program you can supplement, but not enough good agents to close deals. We are seeking ambitious and driven talent to help us continue to grow and the right candidate may have a partnership opportunity if they are able to hit certain performance metrics (sales/over time and ability to demonstrate leadership). The upside: uncapped income, flex time if your hitting your goals, and a generous commission split.
Must have at least three years of insurance experience, and a good standing P&C license.
Primary responsibilities include:
Self-development, Pipeline, and goal tracking
Outbound Marketing including cold calls, association work, writing white papers.
Growing New Opportunities
Conducting insurance needs analysis for business owners
Designing insurance programs
Closing out sales opportunities
Managing service team employees who help you with submitting, quoting, certs, etc.

CA P&C License in Good Standing
