We are a Mid-Size law firm in need of an Experienced File/Records Management person to fill an immediate opening in our Alameda law firm.

IT IS REQUIRED: that you have some type of Law Firm experience and have experience Filing Documents and understand Records Management. We have complex cases that you will need to file and manage so you must be detail oriented and focused. This IS NOT an entry level position. You will also be required to run errands occasionally so you will need a vehicle and a clean DMV record. There will be an allowance for fuel and your cell phone.

The ideal candidate will also be computer savvy, know MS Word programs and have document control knowledge. This position requires a responsible person who can work independently as well as with a team.

This is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, eye, vacation, PTO, holiday pay, and bonuses.

Hourly pay will DOE ($23-24 per hour). Parking is free and is conveniently located outside of our building.
