The IS Technicians responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installing, modifying and making minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems. Provide technical assistance and training to system users, create and modify database reports for data mining and manage information in various databases. Requires advanced understanding and use of the following computer programs: Crystal Reports, MS Office Suite, MS Exchange, any FTP program, any ZIP program and advanced Internet skills. An associates degree from a college or technical school in database management, structure or reporting; or two to five years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Basic knowledge of Linux and networking is desired.
