The Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Position is full-time in the afternoon/evenings with benefits including insurance, vacation/sick pay, and a generous 401k plan. Responsibilities include handling repairs for both the public areas and guest units. Requires basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and troubleshooting abilities. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and have a valid driver license. Shifts are Thursday through Monday, noon-9:00 PM. Must be reliable, friendly, and work well as part of a team and independently. Candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check upon offer of hire.
