We are currently hiring for an Accounts Payable position in the Buellton area. This position is full-time, temporary and expected to last for one month. The payrate for this position is $17-$20 an hour. If you are interested and qualified, apply ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities
Take a full inventory of vendor invoices in order to back up financial statements for 3 years.
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands on experience with spreadsheets
Proficiency in English and MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
