Excel Personnel Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Website Coordinator in the Goleta area. This position is temporary and full time (expected to last until June 22nd, 2019), with the schedule to be determined upon hire. The pay rate for this position is $47.06/hr. Job Description:

The Senior Website Coordinator administers and oversees daily operation of internal or external websites, ensuring system is available for internet traffic. Develops website design and creation. Administers all technical aspects of website, including performance issues, such as speed of access. Monitor technical aspects that may need follow-up. Runs tests, revises, maintains, and controls content, look, and flow of websites. Manages communication and troubleshooting with ISD and all web related vendors. Is responsible for developing a comprehensive website strategy, managing, administering and maintaining the hospitals website, for its development and growth in accordance with goals established by Marketing. Resolves any encountered problems. Utilizes knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. Coordinator will oversee and monitor all web updates made by other users. Oversees comprehensive web and social media strategy. Interviews clients to help them clarify their goals for establishing new or revised web content and pages. Designs or supervises design of digitized images, banners, bullets, charts and other graphics to enhance appearance of site. Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. The position involves the creation, procurement, writing, and posting of content to the website. The Coordinator stays abreast of web technologies, researches trends of peer hospital sites in order to keep the company website current, and collaborates on planning for future needs. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage content of website by gathering information and integrating data from other departments, assuring that all content complies with organizational standards and goals

Administer all technical aspects of website, including performance issues, such as speed of access. Resolve any encountered problems

Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success. Present statistical data.

Write, edit, proofread and upload content. Mentor and provide training to staff and updating and maintaining the company website

Oversee web update requests and work with departments on the best ways to communicate concise and accurate information to web visitors

Design or supervise design of digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps and other graphics to enhance the appearance of the site

Interview clients to help them clarify their web goals

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of professional web design experience is required

Bachelors Degree required

Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems)

HTML and CSS general understanding

JavaScript is preferable

Ability to navigate and manage content and layouts within a CMS platform

Intermediate to advanced understanding of websites in general

Candidate should be able to easily add/delete/edit images on the fly

Healthcare background preferred

Must have a strong technical background with advanced computer skills

Must have a strong understanding of SEM and ethical search engine optimization techniques

Must have Mac and Windows expertise

Must be proficient with web design software including, but not limited to:

o Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks

Must have general knowledge of web service and XML

Experience programming in a server side environment using asp.net
