Small Santa Barbara Inn seeks Front Desk Clerk
Our guests are the heart of our business and their safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. As such, the primary role of our Front Desk Clerk is to ensure a positive first impression and a wonderful overall guest experience.
We are looking for somebody that can fulfill the front desk duties in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Interacting and listening to guests and having a genuine smile is key. Good knowledge of the Santa Barbara area is necessary to direct guests to local beaches, restaurants, activities, sights, etc.
Solid COMPUTER and phone skills are required. We get very busy at times so you will need to multi-task. You must be able to adapt, problem solve, and generally take care of business. We also need someone who is reliable and has a flexible schedule to work varying hours that include weekends, evenings and holidays. We are looking for 5 hour shifts during the day between 11 am-4 pm.
