Automated access controls including, pop-up barriers and bollards as well as gates and turnstiles
High-security barriers including bollards, fencing, and cable barriers
"Smart" fence systems such as taut wire, intelligent video, sub-lethal electrified systems, and fiber optic intrusion detection systems
Providing design and engineering to help solve or develop security solutions to difficult problems
POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a Field Superintendent who thrives on seeing a project through from start to finish. Adhering to company safety protocols at all times, this position supervises the onsite crew, other subcontractors work, oversees jobsite meetings and ensures daily reporting requirements are met. This position reports directly to the Field Operations Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety management/reporting
Production and change order management
Project scheduling/planning
Asset & equipment planning
Quality control
Documentation recording/reporting
Manage crew reporting and timesheets
Subcontractor management support
Maintain critical knowledge of controls systems, installation, wire and termination
Client relations
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
General construction knowledge
Experience in hydraulics, high & low voltage electrical construction principles
Must be able to interpret plans/specs
MS Office Applications
Scheduling software such as MS Project, SureTrak PM, Primavera, P6 etc.
OSHA 10/30 a plus
Must have high school diploma/GED. Relevant Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering or similar preferred OR 3-5 years’ experience in a Superintendent or Foreman role.SKILLSET:
