Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success managing large and strategic partnerships. The Industry Manager will lead the Facebook monetization strategy for our largest west coast partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and with client-side executives to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their teams. They will build and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, selling Facebook’s advertising solutions to advertisers across Facebook owned properties (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Marketplace). We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully managing teams and problem-solving with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience in an enterprise sales environment as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions.Required Skills:

Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business

Become a thought leader within the eCommerce industry and build deep executive relationships

Build, train and maintain a high performing team

Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts

Consult with Product Marketing and Product teams to help shape product development in support of client needs

Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical

Lead cross-vertical work-streams to scale impact across the eCommerce Industry, US and Globally

Create a culture of challenging the status quo and driving creativity to scale Facebook’s largest partnerships

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of people management

5+ years of experience with digital media

10+ years of experience in sales or marketing

Experience with Direct Response Marketing and demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy

Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends

Experience building relationships with top executive decision makers at brands and agencies

Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems

Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets
