Kforce has a client in search of a Digital Consultant in San Francisco, CA.Key Tasks:

Provides leadership and expertise for digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment

Leads the development and execution of the most complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant, Enterprise-wide impact; These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management

Develops digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area, and influences digital strategy for the business line

May lead a small team of more junior digital consultants or cross-functional teams in digital initiatives

Recognized as an expert in the digital technology industry

Product Management:

Lead Digital project teams in the execution of business projects, which support the Consumer & Small Business Digital Sales strategy; Work closely with project teams to proactively identify innovative options and solutions to the business and customer needs/problems; Partners on developing scope and requirements and ensuring solutions are compliant with regulatory and company standards

Contribute to project implementation plans and status reports, assist with development of test planning and lead User Acceptance Testing

Develop appropriate strategies to assure that product group initiated projects are implemented optimally and with the greatest sales impact

Help lead the -Sales Funnel Effectiveness- programs; You will focus on optimizing the current research and application processes to increase sales and leads across the Non-Secured Lending products (e.g., Credit Card, Student Loans, Personal Lines & Loans, Direct Auto, and Business Direct)

10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
