Payment Logistics is looking for a technical support specialist who is eager to propel their career forward.

As a member of the Payment Logistics technical support team, you'll gain proficiency and hands on experience with a wide variety of payment technologies and networking components. We are looking for a well-rounded technician with an expertise in TCP\IP troubleshooting. We are only looking for full-time technicians.

Our technical support team consists of our brightest and most talented employees. They support thousands of high profile businesses, using a large variety of payment systems in high-pressure environments. We are looking for an applicant with excellent customer service skills, a customer centric attitude, a strong technical support foundation and the ability to learn new technologies as you use them. If you think this describes yourself, we want you on our team!

Prerequisites:

Prior experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and higher operating systems.

Prior experience troubleshooting TCP\IP networks is required.

Willingness to work flexible hours is a plus (day, night and weekend shifts are available).

Technical Support Specialist:
