We are a small 2-person Engineering consulting company located on the border of Vista and Carlsbad. We are looking for and Office Admin with a Can Do All attitude to manage several tasks. The person will need to wear several hats from administration to accounting to digital marketing, social media and so on.
Requirements:
Full time / Part Time based on your abilities and experience
Bilingual - read, write and speak English and Spanish
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in an office environment
Knowledge of the complete MS Office suite
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
A college degree is a plus.
Be able to work independently with the least supervision, be customer oriented and constantly provide ways and ideas to expand the business.
