Join our Team small, local, established (30 years) CPA firm in San Diego Beach community is looking for an Bookkeeper / administrator who is tech savvy.
We are not formal in our office¦.but we dont cut corners and are serious about our work and clients.
Hours:
Tax Season (3-4 months) 30-40 hours per week, Monday Friday
Remainder of year (8-9 months) 16-25 hours per week, Monday plus 2 days
Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, document scanning, management of digital files, DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat.
Familiar with the basics of tax return assembly (or would like to learn and be proficient).
Good people skills (office and phone) and able to keep matters strictly confidential.
Must pass complete background and credit check and have reliable transportation.
We are located in north Pacific Beach / south La Jolla.
