We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team and drive membership sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Membership Sales:Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships. Revenue Growth:Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events. Community Outreach:Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members. Staff Management Support:Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including training and performance evaluations. Studio Communication:Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
