SummaryYou will serve as a BUSINESS LINE FACILITATOR in the Public Works Business Line of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.ResponsibilitiesYou will prepare recruitment request and manage manpower (billet) needs and accuracy.You will provide civilian consultation to the Command on community management, training, succession management, and planning processes and business practices.You will participate in the collection of business line metrics.You will assist in the management of Public Works Community Management program requirements for the Command.You will lead the algorithm development process to ensure that the public works algorithms reflect and accurate forecast of workload and budget requirements.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsFor the GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Assist in managing and tracking staffing plan requirements and personnel actions.2) Prepare and assemble recruitment packages in accordance with regulations.3) Maintain and analyze community data.4) Work with leadership to develop standard performance expectations.
