Full charge bookkeeper with construction experience preferably in Plumbing:
-QuickBooks Premier
-Excel & Word
-Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
-Progressive and Time and Material billing
-Keying timecards
-Payroll- In house payroll
-Manage sick and vacation accruals
-Scheduling jobs on a daily basis and weeks out. Familiarity with scheduling by location for better time management.
-Journal entries into QuickBooks
-Bank Reconciliations
-Human Resources/ good understanding of California labor and Sick Pay Law and tracking, new hire document requirements and reporting
-Workers comp monthly premium reporting.
-General liability, auto, workers comp- administration including yearly renewals, maintenance and audits
-Support needed for CPA tax preparation and financial statements
-Manage company and personal emails
-Administrative support for owners personal and children activities
-Coordinate monthly safety meetings with owner
Must have experience in Construction/Contractor Industry. QuickBooks Experience a MUST
