Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer systems analysis, computer science, computer information systems (CIS), management information systems (MIS), business intelligence or a similar field of study
- 2 years of experience working with the State of California procurement process resulting in at least one (1) contracts awarded at more than $1 million each
- 2 years of experience developing and writing RFP procurement documents including developing and documenting detailed solution requirements
- 2 years of experience writing and developing technical documentation with emphasis on writing and developing detailed solution requirements
- 1 year of experience developing BCPs, conducting market research, developing a solution, and writing an RFP to obtain a vendor to implement the proposed solution
- 2 years of experience analyzing and assisting with business requirements and developing IT system requirements
- 2 years of experience leading JAD sessions to gather business requirements and presenting business or technical solutions to internal or external stakeholders and leadership teams
