Litigation and Social Security Disability Law Firm, with offices in California, Michigan, and Florida, seeks Associate Attorney to join our Social Security Disability practice in the California office. Our practice continues to expand, and we are looking for an individual who is ready to learn and grow with us.
Duties include all aspects of case preparation, preparing for and representing clients at their disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, writing briefs for submission to ALJs, the Appeals Council, and US District Court, and assistance with the oversight and management of non-attorney staff.
We are seeking a self-motivated, quick learner who enjoys working in a dynamic and busy environment.
Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:
Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar results
Graduation in the top 30% of class
Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review
Strong written and verbal communication skills
