Bring your user experience (UX) analytical mind to help create, inspire, and influence user-centered design at Esri and beyond.Sitting at the nexus of research, web analytics, and information architecture, you will help define the vision for our approach to data-driven design. Using your toolbox of varied methodologies, you'll extract data from multiple sources and transform it into actionable insights to solve complex problems. With a passion for visualizing information, you'll craft shareable stories to influence the foundational strategy across our web experiences.

2+ years of experience specializing in user experience, research, and interaction design preferably with an analytical focus in a business-to-business technology company

In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Clicktale, Crazy Egg, Optimizely) and their strengths and weaknesses

Quantitative research skills and data science approaches and tools (Python, SQL, modeling, statistics, data visualization)

In-depth knowledge of qualitative and mixed-method UX research methodologies

Experience with design software, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite

Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas understandable

A clear passion for experimentation and crafting tactics needed to improve user experience and drive increased performance

Bachelor's in human-computer interaction, user experience, interaction design, applied social science, or a related field such as digital marketing, business, MBA
